Important notice (updated May 2020)
Today, we are challenged more than ever before to deepen our understanding of who we are and where we want to go. This is as opportune a moment as ever to grow your self-awareness, clarify your purpose — “the image at the centre of your being,” as Lao Tzu, the founder of philosophical Taoism, put it — and discover what matters most in life and business.
Under the current circumstances, however, travelling and meeting in person are almost impossible. That is why I have taken my one-to-one developmental coaching online, albeit in a slimmed-down version. It may not be the same as going for a long walk or visiting a museum, but at least it knows no boundaries.
So wherever you are, if you want to deepen your questions and rethink what it means to live and lead in times of great uncertainty, let’s take this opportunity and start a catalytic online conversation.
As of June 1st, in-person catalytic conversations with small leadership teams are again possible, albeit under strict rules and only in the Netherlands. I am also hoping to resume my in-person developmental coaching for senior executives (in the Netherlands) of September 1st, if fortune allows.
